When your life is at stake you don't want to leave it to chance.
I’ve been teaching self protection for over 35 years to thousands of people of all ages and all walks of life.
Teaching the vital life skills you need to feel safe and have the confidence to execute those skills when needed in any situation.
Whether you have previous training or not, my program will take you through each lesson step by step with guidance and instruction that fits your pace and schedule.
A typical lesson plan starts with some core basics, followed by impact training, then some practical 1 on 1 self defense.
Each lesson will end with lecture, methodology and Q&A.
