About the lesson

I focus on three main aspects with my teaching. One is to teach the students how to develop a proper sound on their instrument. I also give my students technical exercises on their instrument to develop fingering technique. Lastly, I familiarize my students with musicians relative to the field they wish to work with. While I am most familiar with jazz musicians, I am able to teach students in other genres, such as classical and rock and roll.

I have been giving lessons on and off for a few years, teaching students of varying ages from middle school to adults in their late 20's. I have given my students the knowledge necessary to develop not just as a jazz musician, but as a woodwind player as well.

- I can do half hour lessons for $30 in addition to my hourly rate
- If the student has a conflict ahead of time, I must be informed 24 hours prior to rearrange my schedule. You will be charged the lesson fee if I am not notified 24 hours prior to the lesson start time.
