About the lesson
My teaching approach is to first understand where you are in your learning journey. I want to understand how far you have come on your own and how you have gotten there so I can meet you where you are and help you go farther. I like to use different programs that will help you develop and hone your skills even when we are not together so that you can practice a little through the week and make our sessions more meaningful.

About Cherie
I have my master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I have been teaching at the university for 4 years and love helping students understand difficult concepts in Biology and Physical Science. The last 3 years I have developed classes on line so I have a good idea of how to navigate different Learning Management Systems like Desire to Learn (D2L) and Canvas. Additionally I am active in a program to help transition students to college life. I look forward to helping you.
