About the lesson

My goal with teaching is to give my students the tools they need to face challenges and solve problems on their own. With essay writing, I try not to correct papers, but instead speak more abstractly about what they need to improve. With French I help my students find their weak areas and their strengths, so that they know where to focus in the future. I give them the foundations, rather than just throwing exercises at them for something to do.

I have a double major from UCLA in English and French. I graduated magna cum laude in Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Delta Phi honors societies. I am a Francophile, who has lived in France and loves to write creatively.
