Student Trumpet Player with 9 years of experience gives online lessons to beginner level players.

About the lesson

I will be instructing entry to beginner level trumpet players in areas such as reading music and basic playing. This may work best as a supplement to an existing class or band. As an instructor, I approach things slowly, ensuring the basics are grasped before fully moving on to the more advanced topics. I will also tailor the tutoring to each students needs, working on concepts and music that they are doing in their band along with some added exercises to improve overall ability.

About Thomas

I am 21 years old and have played the trumpet for nearly a decade with various ensemble experience. I look forward to getting to know my students and help them succeed as musicians wether they are pursuing it as a hobby or for other reasons. Most beginner players are around the 6th grade and I am happy to teach that level, but I am also enthusiastic about teaching anyone who wants to start playing!
