About the lesson

My goal is to give you a taste for effort and surpassing yourself while respecting your own limits.

Passionate about sport since my youth, I have practiced many sports activities both in leisure and in competition . This is why I decided to orient my higher studies around my passion for physical and sports activities.
During these 3 years of training, I was able to train myself in professions linked to the paramedical sector. In rehabilitation, in maintaining autonomy and particularly in improving the well-being of people.

I was able to work in the hospital, in primary school, in EHPAD and finally in an IME . All these experiences have taught me to adapt according to each profile.

During the different sessions you will have to work on different physical resources (circuit training, muscle strengthening, coordination work, .. ) and psychological (such as concentration, stress management, self-confidence and surpassing oneself)

Initially this will allow you to let off steam after a hard day. Indeed boxing plays a big role in the release of emotions / tensions. This discipline shapes both the body and the mind. In my opinion, this sport is even therapy.

The lessons are aimed at a beginner / intermediate level. It will take place at your home, or outdoors for an hour
