About the lesson
My teaching focus is on versatility and sustainability. With every student, I want to understand the context and goals of their studies and use that to inform repertoire and teaching styles, all while keeping in mind how to best set them up for growth. Voice students will learn fundamental concepts that they can apply to different genres and guitar students will get doses of music theory to supplement their playing.

Justin curates the lessons to your interests and always checks in with your goals and what you want to accomplish. He has helped me with theory, technique, scales and improvisation. More importantly, since taking lessons with him, I have found a greater passion and enthusiasm for the instrument! He is kind and patient—even when I forget to practice. I have recommended him to many of my friends!
