About the lesson

As a certified teacher I have over 25 years of experience working with children. I focus on the individual student that I am tutoring. I have created several learning games for math that the child can make and practice math facts. Children really enjoy these activities. I use art to enhance learning.

About Pam

I have worked with both elementary and middle school students. Elementary children have improved their weekly spelling test grades and have learned their basic math facts. I have worked with over 40 elementary children as a tutor. Middle school students have been able to pass their state math test with the No Child Left Behind Program. I implemented several interactive active activities to eight students as a tutor with the program.

Details

After meeting for the first session, I would appreciate a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel a session. After five sessions, I will lower my rate to $25/hour for as long as the child needs the service. I will work with the family otherwise. I will charge $15 for a missed session that is not cancelled.
