My lifelong passion is learning. To read, to think and to pursue subjects which attract your interest is the key to a happy and successful life. I am comfortable with every age group and personality and love to learn from those who have had a different path than my own. I value a diverse vocabulary and good grammar and pronunciation, not as a way to impress people, but to connect to others and to find common ground and share knowledge.

I have been a lawyer for decades and one of the most unexpected and amusing reactions I get from people after talking for some time, then discussing professions, people will say "I can't believe you are a lawyer". I would like to think that is because people find me down to earth, accessible and with a sense of humor about myself and the world. And I have made it my mission to value integrity, the rule of law and truth for my entire life.
