I’ve been taking bootcamp classes with Sophie. I think she’s a fantastic teacher. Every session she comes up with new exercises and ideas and I can see that she puts a lot of thought into it. Based on her rich training in roller skating, dance, fitness and Zumba, she has an in depth knowledge of the body, muscle groups and how to integrate different exercises into a full body workout. Sophie is pleasant, easy going and supportive. She’s also very patient. I highly recommend her as a teacher!

I've only had one Spanish lesson with Sophy but it was worthwhile. She is very knowledgeable of the material and makes you comfortable in practicing a new language. Sophy is a tutor who I would recommend to anyone on any level.
