Curriculum and Powerful Instruction has always been my passion. I teach curriculum research and innovation to graduate and undergraduate students; I have taught English to students online for 2 Universities; I am currently an Induction Specialist working online with first and second year teachers for Claremont Graduate University: I work with domestic and international students: I have studied curriculum as a teacher and mentor teacher; I have worked with teachers and administrators as a principal, coordinator, and director of curriculum, and now my journey as an Educator has led me to working with students on line. Sharon Haddy was my principal for several years. Under her leadership and personal guidance our school reading scores increased enormously. I also worked with her as a consultant, working with school staffs, to help them increase reading scores at their sites. Sharon not only taught the staff, but went into the classrooms and demonstrated methods that could be used working with the students. Sharon approaches her students with a positive outlook, encouraging them as they work. I can highly recommend her for your company.

I can highly recommend Sharon as a reading teacher! My 2nd grader was at kindergarten level when Sharon started working with her. Her teacher was struggling to determine the areas that needed to be worked on, yet Sharon was able to diagnose the issues. We started to see results immediately! Sharon was able to keep her engaged with each lesson. They wrote stories together, as well as read interesting books. We went from having a reluctant reader to one who reads! She is now entering 3rd grade on grade level with reading and much more confident.
