About the lesson
Classes with Eva Sol begin with a low-instensity cardio warm up followed by dynamic stretching, in means of preventing injury. A break down of the techniques required for the dance style is then explained and practiced. Lastly, we move into learning choreography!

Based in New York City, Eva Sol has been training, choreographing, teaching and performing with various companies all around the city for 10+ years. She is trained in ballet, hip-hop, salsa (on 2), bachata, belly dance, and heels dancing. As an instructor, Eva Sol has an exceptional ability to assess and teach for her students needs, and is goal-orientated to the students improvement.

Perfect! Eva is very patient with me an a excellent teacher for a beginner like myself.She make sure you understand all her moves she teaching and she listen to you if you have question.She is the best and I plan to keep her as my teacher.

- Eva's response : Chilly is such a pleasure to teach!!! Chilly focuses on understand each step and executing the movements as full-out as possible! Soon Chilly will be showing the best hip-hop moves at parties!
Perfect! She cares ! And does not watch the watch ! But more importantly she teaches and demonstrates all the move by breaking down by segments and then puts them together .,in a few weeks of her coaching I’ll hit Tik Tok with my moves and make it to Broadway !!
