About the lesson
Having taught "business law" (which inc. sections on constitutional as well as civil law) to middle school, undergrad. and grad. students, I'm skilled at explaining law via using countless real-world examples I've acquired after over 30 years of practicing law.
Experience has taught me students learn best when I solicit the students' own thoughts and analysis (which I do frequently).
Learning should be fun, and I make learning law both enjoyable and more importantly applicable to a student's own life.

I am a self-employed “general practice” attorney. Over the decades I have represented over a thousand individuals and a host of small companies, acting as Counsel, legal advisor, business consultant and/or strategist. I have drafted and argued countless motions (both criminal and civil) and achieved “not guilty” verdicts in numerous criminal bench and jury trials. I remain an acting “Neutral” civil mediator for the Macomb County Circuit Court (MI) (mediating civil disputes over 25,000.00).
Assitionally, I am an Officer and 50% Owner Of Coraggio, LLC., a company which acquires, renovates, leases and/or sells income-producing properties. Coraggio, LLC currently owns and leases 4 residential properties. The company is also positioned to pivot in the event of recession via assisting distressed homeowners in jeopardy of losing their homes due to tax or mortgage foreclosure.
