I am passionate and I want to transmit this passion. I work at PureGym Manchester bury new road like a personal trainer level 3.
I am also a level 2 fitness instructor gym based exercise and a level 3 personal trainer qualified
I give lessons to beginners as well as to people who want to improve their technique to increase their speed or striking force to strengthen their physical strength to improve their heart rate
I base my method on the principle that everyone can do a fighting sport no matter his age his gender his handicap or his culture
I listen to the needs of the person and I define a program adapt to the needs an the goals of the person or the group
I am an REPS professional registered Member R0183351. First aids qualified.

During these 5 years I have trained more than 100 people of all ages and of all sexes
I have allowed people to regain confidence

To regain a discipline of life
