About the lesson

In my lessons I work on finding the right material for YOU, vocal technique, presence and storytelling. I always make sure my students feel the most confident, comfortable and connected to their pieces. I focus on audition technique.(great for college auditions) We’ll start with a consultation to get to know each other and discuss material. I want you to sing songs you LOVE! We’ll narrow down options and find what will showcase you the strongest. Then we’ll get into learning and breaking down the material. I like to explore options and I want to find what it is that YOU connect to most. It’s not my audition. I’m here to help you navigate the story. For students applying to colleges, I can also help you with the kinds of questions you should be asking about programs. I have a lot of students at theatre programs around the country who can also give you the inside scoop.

About Savannah

I have a Bachelors of Music in Musical Theatre from Manhattan School of Music. I’ve been teaching and directing since I was 15. I’ve directed and choreographed 8 productions. I have an extensive background in dance as well so I’m great for choreographing dance prescreens for any level.
