About the lesson
Editing process involves correcting, condensing, organizing, and making other suggestions for modifications to any piece of writing, with the intention of producing a correct, consistent, accurate, and complete piece of work that meets all the requirements of the given assignment or desired outcome.
Two primary concerns/goals when editing a piece of writing:
* The writing itself has accurate grammar, spelling, syntax, citation and formatting style, etc.
* The writing meets the content and construct standards outlined in any rubric, syllabus, etc. in order to help the student earn the best possible score or grade on the assignment.
Also available for tutoring services related to the verbal portion of SAT prep, college entrance essays, public speaking transcripts, job performance reviews, and a variety of other individual writing situations.
