About the lesson

The length of the class is usually 90 minutes, composed of 20/30 minutes of athletic training, 10/20 minutes of pads, and 40/45 minutes of techniques.
I always alternate conditioning during the practice, fighting under stress, breath work, speed, and power.
I suggest beginners start with this discipline to assimilate the techniques faster.
It is possible to stretch the class to 1 hour only depending on the availability.

I have more than 15 years of experience in self-defence and Krav Maga in Europe.
I am based in South Kensington.
I offer 1-2-1 lessons and small group lessons either outdoor or in the comfort of your own home.

First 30 minutes online to see if you like the practice.

The First Class is £45 to see if you like the discipline.
Then £60 per Class.
Classes usually are outdoor (indoor if you have a private space).
I can come to yours' for an additional cost of 20£/h for the commute (to agree, depending on time/distance).
I prefer to talk case by case to find the best and most effective solutions.

I highly recommend starting with a pack of 10 lessons to see and feel tangible results.

Your Home/Park: 45 £/h (to be agreed) + 20£ commute (depending on time/distance)
Online: 45 £/h

Group of 2 people:
Single Class: £50 (price per person)
Package of 10 Classes: £500 (price per person)

Group of 3-4 people:
Single Class: £45 (price per person)
Package of 10 Classes: £450 (price per person)
