About the lesson

The purpose of Krav Maga is to train our students to respond effectively to
all kinds of confrontations that happen in the real world. These confrontations range from simple discussions to attempted kidnappings, rapes, attacks with sharp elements, firearms, blunt elements, etc. These situations can occur anywhere, inside a house or outdoors, in urban spaces, day or night.
So we must teach students an approach that gives them maximum opportunities
to be successful whatever situation they find themselves in, therefore they must learn more than just techniques. We have the responsibility that our students not only defend themselves better than their opponents, but also think better than them. For that reason it is necessary to become aware of where we at (any place)
