I am an incoming college student (education major) with a 4.0 GPA. I have extensive experience in English classes and a great passion for literature. I love to foster a love of reading in children!

About the lesson

As an equity-minded educator, ensuring that all students feel safe and respected within the classroom setting is my first priority. My lessons cater to children in grades 3-5 and focus on strengthening the skills they have built in their English Language Arts classroom at school. We will explore poetry and excerpts from novels as they begin to recognize literary devices and how these devices contribute to the overall meaning of the text.
