About the lesson

-I have a unique approach of teaching piano through Music Theory. This not only results in good practical understanding but also helps the student understand the in's and out's of how music works.

-I teach all genres from pop music to Classical music, Jazz, Blues, Rock, etc.

-The usual class covers topics such as Scales, Chords, Songs Music theory and Sight Reading.

-Being a professional Concert pianist, I know the specific music theory techniques needed to master Music. Due to this, our classes will be super effective and will 10x your growth as a musician.

-This class can be taken by students from the age of 5 to 65, beginners to advanced musicians.

About Gauri

Hi, I am a professional pianist currently freelancing as a teacher and a performer, mainly interested in classical music.
However, I also listen to other genres of music such as pop, rock, jazz, blues, etc.

I am a patient and friendly person.

But most importantly, I am a passionate teacher.

I have spent my whole life learning music and now it's my goal to guide other people in their musical journey. Without any exception, I give 200% effort to every one of my classes and make sure that my students are learning as well as having fun! I promise to give my best and support each one of my students in their musical endeavours.

Sorry about the audio lag issues, Brian. it has been fixed now. Brian was attentive and patient during our class. He already has knowledge about staff notation and music theory. He has a very clear set of defined goals, (something that's often overlooked by people). I have no doubt that he'll achieve them and I wish him the best!
