About the lesson

My way of tutoring boxing is starting off with basic warm-ups (push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, stretches, etc.) showing the 4 main punches, how to throw the punches, footwork (both orthodox and southpaw), and defensive tactics. I am also patient with people by showing how to do boxing slowly if necessary.

I am a freelancer, so my experience in boxing and martial arts came from various sources, from gyms, to self-teaching. That said, I have taught a few handed people, mostly random people who seemed interested, friends who want to learn self-defense, or trading styles with others who have combat experience of their own and want to learn what I learn.
