It's been a few months since I started training under Haroon. He is a very inspiring teacher, always reminding us to believe in the strength of our own unique voice and our capabilities. For context, I have no experience in singing or any musical instrument. I just love listening to songs.

I signed up for the intro class with Haroon sir out of curiosity to see if there is any scope of me singing. Today, about a month later, I am able to sing an entire song at a level that I could never aspire to be at before.

Probably my basics of light music got an edge just because of Haroon sir! His teaching definitely helped me a lot to improve my vocal techniques and style of singing. Though the period I learnt under him was about just 3 months yet the lessons I learnt is worth more! I'm Sainiranjan, a professional guitarist, singer-songwriter and composer from Mumbai. I met Haroon Sir when I was auditioning for a concert that he was conducting and having heard that he had worked with great artists, I was quite nervous. Hi, I am Shankar, Mridangist and a vocalist. I am Fortunate to have met Haroon Sir, and to have shared stage with him as a part of a Band Hymn Humanity. During the rehearsals, I observed how he made singing so high seem so effortless. He taught us some really great vocal exercises and warmups which thoroughly enhanced my singing. I am able to overcome majority of my vocal issues because of his guidance and by using the techniques he taught us. I discovered some really interesting aspects of my vocals that i never thought of.
