About the lesson

Getting started in swimming is easy. It is a sport for all age groups, skill and fitness levels. I’m highly motivated, and require little to no supervision to complete the task at hand. Offers valuable tips and instructions to patrons of various ages to help build confidence and strength in water. I cover strokes such as: -Freestyle (Front Crawl) -Backstroke (Back Crawl) -Butterfly -Breaststroke -Sidestroke -Elementary Backstrokeand other techniques such as:-Floating on the back and front -Treading water -Flip turns -Changing direction in the water -Diving Starting Position and of course, the things that I teach you will be catered to your level because I want the individual challenges to be appropriate to the swimmer. When you have completed these lessons, you'll be better suited in the water.
