About the lesson

I offer lessons to students in grades 4 - 12 on any language arts topic. I base my classes on the student's individual learning needs as determined through a quick interview and evaluation of a student's language arts skills. Discussion with the student is an essential approach for teaching writing, reading, and literary analysis.

I am a substitute English teacher who has been tutoring for a little over nine years. I have taught fourteen students privately; I've helped them improve their language arts grades and pass English class with confidence. I also have experience teaching in the classroom at middle and high school levels. Literature and grammar are my passions.
