About the lesson
My main method of teaching is to find what the student enjoys doing and what they need improvement in, working on strengthening both as best suits each student. Each first lesson will focus on identifying these strengths and weaknesses and subsequent lessons will focus on strengthening weaknesses and finding the best methods to do so, and honing their strengths to better their work. I hope to make art an enjoyable experience for students and an informative one as well, focusing on drawing what they see and changing it to fit the genre they wish to work in, whether that be abstraction, cartooning, or surrealism.

About Sierra
I am a WSUV graduate with a minor in Fine Arts and experiance as a high school Paraeducator in SPED. I am hoping to become a teacher. I have a lot of experience in the drawing field: both technical application and art history. I have learned and can pass on multiple methods to practice and improve drawing, from basic shapes and shading to abstraction. My personal art style is a mix of graphic design, as found in comic books, and realistic art styles, and I also have experiance with painting on various surfaces and with various tools, from traditional paints to using coffee.
