I have a hotel management degree which made my palate pretty refined for different all cuisines.

Perfect! Yogini is an excellent cooking instructor! She is very organized and has structured lesson plans with specific goals in mind, but they are still tailored to my needs. I love that there is a theory side and a heavy practical side of the lessons where constant, helpful feedback is given.
