Super Prof
Cyrus is one of our best tutors Computer programming. They have a high-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!
About the lesson
I am prepared to help undergraduate students in Computer Science. For a typical tutoring session I would ask you for a list of concepts. I would then formulate a lesson based on your needs, I Have a large amount of resources to draw from and because I am still in school I most likely have learned the exact concept that you have been taught and can quickly access accurate information on it.

Perfect! Cyrus was amazing. I was really struggling to understand something in a short amount of time and he calmly explained everything to me. I really appreciate how in depth he was with his explanation, it was something I felt like I had missed in lecture. Great Tutor!

01
Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?
My First Experience using a Computer was probably playing on my grandmothers old dell computer in the kitchen. I remember the AOL dial noise it made when you started the computer and accessed the internet the most. I remember playing pajama man sam and eating cucumbers over ice :).
02
What is the technological evolution that has marked you most and what will be, in your eyes, a turning point in this field?
I think the most recent thing that has peaked my interest in technology has been the advent of virtual reality. I think it is in its early stages at the moment but there are a lot of room for growth. There are forums on the internet that discuss different technologies you can adapt to your current vr head set, I think this is where the market for vr has the most room to grow.
03
Explain your expertise, your interest in it and, more broadly, its importance in the computer world.
I think VR will be able to connect people in a way that has not been done before. If the market for the tech grows then we will see huge changes to the way we communicate in all aspects of our lives.
04
Do so-called 'visionaries', such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?
I think from a business perspective the people mentioned do impress me and they are clearly intelligent people, but in terms of role models I tend to look for people whose moral values as well as ideals I closely align with. This usually means that role models in my life tend to be people like a favorite professor or a parent.
05
Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your days at school.
There is no point in watering a dead flower, just plant a new one
06
What would you say to an uncomfortable person in front of a screen who says that "IT is too complicated"?
People make IT complicated.
07
What are your other passions, related or non-related to computers?
I enjoy wakeboarding, and rock climbing in my free time. I am also currently very big into fitness!
08
What makes you a Superprof in IT?
I understand what it is like to be a student because I still am one, and I understand what it feels like to be very overwhelmed with school. I want to provide the same comfort that tutors I met in the past gave to me to the student that I teach.
