About the lesson
The purpose of my classes is to fully understand why we do things in computer networking the way that we do by showing you what problems we are solving and the logic behind it. I especially enjoy teaching subnetting for IPv4, the TCP/IP model (OSI is a lie) and IPv6.

About Jesse
I have been teaching Cisco networking and CompTIA Network+ for over 6 years, after doing networking professionally for a decade. I came up reading the same boring books that you are probably reading and swore that if I ever had the chance to teach things in a way that made sense to an everyday person that I would, because none of the concepts are difficult; they are just kept behind a wall of unnecessary complexity and jargon. The people that write those books usually assume that you already know what they are talking about as you are reading it, and that has never made sense to me. I explain things from the ground up, because that is the only way to truly understand a subject.
