About the lesson

My idea for teaching is practice, creativity, and application. I believe in showing a move and have the person practice it. I think that most people are creative in how they want to apply a move. Everyone has a different style. My job is to get them in shape and show them all the moves then help nurture their creativity to apply the move in their style of fighting.

About Richard

I've been training in martial arts most of my life. I have taught full sized classes before with 20 kids in there. I went to college and got to train in other styles besides Tae Kwon Doe. I have also competed since in a number of things. I am one of the smaller guys who beats up the bigger guys. Size does not matter to me. I also train in glassboro with Rowan MMA. I teach about 20-30 people twice a week. I have worked with MMA gyms and with different types of seminars for self defense.
