Boston based flutist offering flute lessons virtually and at home to all ages

About the lesson

My teaching style is a holistic approach that encompasses effective practicing methods as well as a focus on mental health and healthy thinking patterns. I like to emphasize HOW to practice, rather than just what to practice, so that my students can take my words and apply them at home.

About Alison

I have been teaching flute for 6 years and I'm passionate about creating a warm, effective environment for all different students to grow and thrive. I graduated with my Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of Delaware in 2018, and finished my Master of Music in Flute Performance at The Hartt School in 2020.
