About the lesson

I base my classes on how I learned theater. It is a mix of theater games in order to feel safe while being goofy, showing emotions, and staying character. This can be done largely by reading monologue from plays or movies in order to allow the student to become the character feel what they are feeling and to portray it to others.

I am a student at Beacon Academy. I have a deep love of music and theater. I took part in my first play at 8 years old and have worked since then. I have done school plays, community theater, and mild professional work.Some of my favorite plays I have done include: A Chorus Line, A jungle book, Singing in the Rain, and The Music Man!
