About the lesson
I have a B.S. in biological sciences as well as a minor in chemistry and biochemistry from Arizona State University. I have taught a variety of levels that range from middle school to college. I strive to help students who are very committed to their studies and aim to challenge themselves. My teaching techniques involve a lot of breaking down concepts to the core of their misunderstanding as well as provide a new alternative look on the concept. This alternative look my involve relating to real world experiences or connecting the concept to other areas of science that make more sense. I am also a firm believer that practice DOES make perfect. While I am teaching, the student and I will be covering a series of practice problems and breaking down the methodology or terms that may cause some confusion.

About Megan
I have been giving tutoring lessons for over 5 years and counting. Most of my tutoring was at the college level. However, I have branched out to the high school level as well. I am also currently a high school science teacher. The subjects I teach are biology, environmental science, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, and physics. I have tutored/taught close to 100 students and am still in close contact with most of them.
