About Claudia
My love of power and vinyasa yoga began in 2012, and yoga became a powerful tool in my healing journey.
Through my yoga practice, I was able to learn how to manage my stress and to let go of things that no longer served me.
In 2019, I received my 200 hour and 300 hr Adaptive Therapeutic Yoga certification with Mel Marie Yoga.
As I witnessed my life transform through yoga, I discovered the benefits of more therapeutic practices such as restorative yoga, yin yoga, somatic yoga, and meditation.
I’m a lover of movement and creative sequencing, and strive to create a safe space for my students empowering them to create a deeper inner connection so they may come home to themselves.

Claudia is a wonderful instructor asking for your needs and adjusting accordingly. I love her vinyasa flows from her restorative flows to the more fast-paced once. She really helped me getting rid of my back pains and feel better overall.
I have taken virtual classes with Claudia and I appreciate her restorative and therapeutic approach to her practice. Claudia is an amazing instructor! She talks you thru the poses and tells you which body part this pose is impacting, which pose helps if you have tension, are tight, or are stressed in a certain area. She modifies (if need be) and tells you constantly to listen to your body. Prior to her I was not much of a fan of yoga but since taking her classes I realize yoga is a full body workout, relaxes you, allows you to let go and be present in your practice and improves flexibility. I highly recommend her!
I highly recommend Claudia! She has a gift of really seeing your needs and goals and helping you meet them. She is great at adaptive practices and is always helping me find the best pose for my abilities. I enjoy her vinyasa classes and feel so refreshed and strong after each one!
Claudia Is an excellent instructor and friend. She takes her time to get to know your needs and how she can best help you. I have arthritis in my knees and a bad back. She is always willing and helpful in finding ways to help ease my pain. Claudia is a kind and loving soul. Her desire to help people live in less pain shows through her modalities of teaching and how she tailors them to each individual person needs.
My Husband and I attend to Claudia’s yoga classes for a while now. Claudia is very good giving step by step yoga moves, we are able to follow her instructions while she talks and demonstrate and as we follow sometimes we can’t see her her but she is very descriptive that we don’t have to. We can ask her for particular moves in order to target specific part(s) of the body and goes as far as explaining how it works in the body. Is obvious that she has a passion for what she does and in helping people to reach optimal health and improve life style.I highly recommend Claudia for your next yoga session. I had never done yoga consistently and she is a great teacher whether you are beginner or experienced. She is knowledgeable with energy to teach you to heal and help you enjoy your yoga experience.
This is a letter of written recommendation for Claudia as a yoga instructor. I have attended her classes for almost a year, and I find her to be very knowledgeable about how yoga can improve the body, reduce stress, and create strength. She uses oils upon request to help with relaxation. She offers modified options to moves to help students in their stretches and builds on those modifications as students grow in their strength. She is both personable and professional in her teaching method.
